Bullis Wins IAC Wrestling Championship, Ending Landon's Reign

On Saturday at St. Albans, Bullis (203 points) won the Interstate Athletic Conference wrestling championship, surpassing regular-season champion Landon (188.5) to claim its first title since 2020 and the program's 19th overall. Senior Sepanta Ahanj-Elias of Bullis, who won the 190-pound weight class, was named the David Hooper Outstanding Wrestler.

The victory marked a dramatic turnaround under Coach Drew Robertson, who took over in 2022. Six Bullis wrestlers won their brackets, and the team went 9-2 against three-time reigning champion Landon, including seven falls.
