Georgetown Prep defeats Episcopal 55-48 in IAC Basketball Tournament final

Georgetown Prep captured the 2026 Interstate Athletic Conference (IAC) basketball championship on Saturday, defeating Episcopal 55–48 in a hard-fought title game. This victory secures the Little Hoyas' first IAC tournament championship since 2018 and punctuates a dominant, undefeated 12–0 conference season.

The championship run was anchored by IAC Player of the Year and Purdue commit Sinan Huan, who led all scorers with 17 points in the final. Huan's postseason heroics also included a massive 24-point, 14-rebound, and 5-block performance in an 80–75 double-overtime semifinal thriller against Landon.
